Our services include:

• Corporate housing and relocation solutions.

• Plot and investment advisory.

• End-to-end support, including property visits, negotiations, and agreements (as applicable).

2. Brokerage & Charges

• Tenants may be charged a standard brokerage fee for rental services, unless otherwise specified.

• Owners are not charged unless explicitly agreed upon for additional services (e.g., property management).

• Corporate clients may have customized service fees or agreements based on requirements.

• All fees will be clearly communicated before any transaction is finalized.

3. User Responsibilities

By engaging with SpaceHQ:

• Tenants/owners/corporates agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• Users are responsible for verifying property details before making final commitments.

• Any misuse of our platform, including false enquiries or misrepresentation of properties, is strictly prohibited.

4. Property Information

• While we make every effort to verify property details, SpaceHQ is dependent on information provided by property owners, developers, and third parties.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of all property details.

• Users are advised to independently verify legal documentation, ownership, and compliance before finalizing any deal.

5. Limitation of Liability

• SpaceHQ acts as a facilitator/consultant between tenants, owners, and corporates.

• We are not responsible for disputes between tenants and landlords, delayed possession, property defaults, or legal disputes.

• Our liability is limited to the brokerage/service fee charged by us.

6. Corporate Services

• HR/Admin teams engaging with SpaceHQ agree to connect their employees directly with us for property assistance.

• SpaceHQ is not liable for employment-related disputes, relocation costs beyond housing, or any employee-employer arrangements outside housing facilitation.

7. Communication Consent

By sharing your phone number or email, you consent to communication from SpaceHQ via call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for service-related updates. You may opt out at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, belongs to SpaceHQ.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law
